Yes, it's a picture of the four-legged dragoon Alakyl!
Alakyl's the Golden Sun Dragoon, and rules over Chaos. Her dragon is Hiranmyaku, who is actually much larger than pictured (close in length to the Divine Dragon), I just had to draw him smaller so you could see more of him :D;.
Rainbows = shinee, but a pain in the butt to color.

Legend of Dragoon is (c) SCEA.
Alakyl is (c), ironically, to .
Hiranmyaku's design is (c) to me.

now this is the coloring and shading I was talking about. This is amazing in all aspects. The anatomy of Alakyl especially catches my eyes, and excellent characters to work with too. Super <3

I don't know, honestly XD. I just did that because I thought it'd look cool. I don't think it glows, and I'm not sure if it does anything weird when the dragon does a magic attack, but then again I haven't written Hiranmyaku into the fanfic yet so we'll see what happens :}.
